Here it is -- a boat repair clinic for members who are looking to get signed off on repairs and boat captains who are looking for help to get stuff fixed.
The cap will be 8 novices/helms so that we don't have a lot of people waiting for instruction or equipment. No cap on the number of boat repair guru's.
