Add all TISC events to your calendar
Help create TISC's Albacore Academy! As you may have noticed there have been some changes to the land-trainer located north of the tool shed. The grand vision for the space is to create a 'land-training school', or what will be named, the TISC Albacore Academy. It’s a big but fun job! With a nice space to learn about our boats and practice sailing skills on-land, we hope that new members will feel welcomed by our ‘Academy’. And it’s a great opportunity for current members to be involved not only in a creative project but a practical one that aims to encourage membership retention at TISC.
If you would to help out but are unable to attend the event, please contact Caitlin. There are a few items that we hope to complete in the coming weeks prior to the big work party on the 12th – in particular, we need individuals with wood cutting skills and sign making skills.
